Talent Acquisition Consultant

Alexis Jeans, Talent Acquisition Consultant, manages the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly roles within Eaton’s Electrical Sector AMER Manufacturing division. She supports distribution centers in Dallas, TX; Duncan, SC; and Fontana, CA, working closely with HR partners to understand workforce needs, attract top talent, and implement effective hiring strategies. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys relaxing with her six-year-old Shih Tzu, Riley.

What do you enjoy most about your role here at Eaton?

What I enjoy most about my role at Eaton is the people I get to work with every day. My team, including my manager and peers, have been incredibly supportive and collaborative, and they've truly made my transition from HR into Talent Acquisition a dream. Most of all, I genuinely enjoy connecting with candidates, learning their stories, understanding what they're looking for in their next role, and helping them take the next step in their career.
Becky Rogan - TA

Becky Rogan

Talent Acquisition Consultant

Becky Rogan, Talent Acquisition Consultant, specializes in recruiting best-in-class talent for Eaton’s Mobility organization. She leads hiring efforts across a broad spectrum of roles ranging from salaried non-exempt and exempt professionals in manufacturing and distribution to key divisional leadership positions. Her strategic approach ensures the right people are in place to drive the business forward. Outside of work, Becky is a devoted dog lover and enjoys hiking with her husband, exploring trails across the U.S. and beyond.

How do you feel that you are making meaningful impact in your role at Eaton?

What drives me is the opportunity to be a true business partner—consulting with teams, understanding their unique needs, and helping them grow by finding high-performing talent. There’s nothing more rewarding than earning the trust of your business partners and seeing the impact of a great hire.
Meghan Cherry - TA

Meghan Cherry

Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant

Meghan Cherry, Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant, supports Eaton’s Electrical Sector by leading full-cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, program management, and sales roles across the U.S. She not only connects top-tier talent with critical positions but also drives initiatives in pipeline development, recruiter training, and process optimization to ensure scalable, inclusive hiring practices. Meghan enjoys weekend treasure hunts at antique fairs and garage sales.

Can you speak to what your career journey has looked like leading up to your current role at Eaton?

With over 12 years of recruitment experience across both agency and corporate settings, I began my career in 2013 with Aerotek, where I quickly developed a passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities. A fun full-circle moment: one of the very first roles I ever filled at Aerotek was an engineering position here at Eaton—and that individual is still with the company today! Since then, I’ve gone on to support talent acquisition at two major manufacturing organizations—Johnson Controls and Regal Rexnord—before joining Eaton’s Industrial Sector in June 2021. I made the transition to the Electrical Sector in August of 2023.

Liz Smith, Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant, partners with business leaders to recruit top talent for Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Sector. She thrives on building strong relationships with hiring teams and takes pride in playing a key role in the company’s growth. For Liz, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is seeing the long-term success and career progression of the candidates she’s helped bring on board. Fun fact: Liz holds the unofficial title of pizza-eating champ!

What excites you most about Eaton's future? How has the company evolved since you joined?

There are countless reasons to be excited! Eaton is at the forefront of digital innovation. We’ve prioritized sustainability and have seen significant financial growth. Since I joined the company, we’ve expanded our operations in El Paso, TX; Nacogdoches, TX; and Waukesha, WI and have established a new manufacturing facility in Jonesville, SC. It’s incredible to see all of the expansions and investments that have been made!
